APRIL 4, 2024 | GROUNDBREAKING CEREMONY of the  Construction of Clarin Standard Municipal Police Station type BC  Building “There is always a season for everything.” My dear friends in the service of our country and people, I am happy and thankful because today we are all witnesses of a long-awaited municipal police station building which for years never bestowed to the municipality of Clarin. Maybe this MPS building also waited for me to lead the leadership of this humble town or just a coincidence so to speak. This ground breaking today is a clear manifestation that few months from now  will soon rise a new MPS building. As it stands, it will be a symbol of Integrity of the PNP as an organization and a hallmark of the men in uniform. I just hope against hope that our Police officers of this station will deliver its best and shall serve with the highest integrity, dedication, and commitment. I would like to express my heartfelt thanks and gratitude to PBG Aberin of the regional directorate as well as the provincial directorate headed by PCol Batuan. Thank you and May God bless us all.
